Activities & Excursions School in Madrid

Paraninfo organizes trips in Madrid and excursions to close by cities of cultural and tourist interest. The excursions are very interesting for the Spanish students. They can also participate in the same activities as the rest of the students from the academy. And can get good practice in language. Students will also see some classic Spanish villas that will surely inspire them to study more. This excursion will prove to be very beneficial for the growth of the students in terms of learning and knowledge. Read on below to know more about this learning activity.

Aranjuez y Chinchon

Palacio Real, Casa del Labrador, paseo por los grandiosos jardines de Aranjuez con explicación (fauna/flora) y por la tarde: Plaza Mayor de Chinchón y degustación (no obligatoria) de anís.

Ávila

In the morning visit to the Cathedral, San Vicente, La Encarnación, Church of Santa Teresa, Santo Tomás (Museum of the Dominican East) afternoon guided tour through the walls.

Salamanca

Segovia y La Granja

In the morning at the Segovia Aqueduct guided tours, home of Antonio Machado, Cathedral and Alcázar, in the afternoon, visit La Granja.

Toledo

Visit to the Cathedral, the Synagogue of the Transit, XIV century Mudejar building and Casa del Greco.

Paseo por el Madrid de los Austrias

Walk around the Puerta del Sol, Plaza Mayor, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, former prison of Corte, the ancient cathedral of San Isidro, the streets leading to Plaza de la Villa, Main Street and the Plaza de Isabel II. The walk ends with an invitation auditorium at the nearby snack typical Madrid restaurant "Casa Labra.
